In life, the older we are the more belongings we have and gradually it will reach a stage where it will overwhelm us. The clutters in our
house or work place are definitely increasing and if we do not have a good system to handle the clutters, it is only a matter of time that it will affect our quality of life.
Problems of having too much clutters
Whenever we have too much clutters in our workplace or home, it tend to affect our mood and weigh us down.
If we have huge amount of clutters in our work place, we give others the impression that we are sloppy and have a bad working attitude.
Clutters in our life tend to affect our productivity too.
Think of the time when we need something and we need to spend a whole 2 hours searching for it just because it is hiding behind our stacks of books. Time is being wasted just because of the clutters.

but most probably we will not use it again. Throw away things that you don't really need and the if you had not taken a look at something in 3 years time, most probably you won't ever need it.
