Is there a viewer that would allow me to publish a read-only version of my Merlin project plan to my team?

Thanks,
JB

Hi,

> Is there a viewer that would allow me to publish a read-only version of my Merlin project plan to my team?

you would like to publish read only?
Is your team mac only?
Does your team know how to use Merlin?

To publish a project for collaboration with other Merlin users:
http://www.projectwizards.net/en/macpm/merlin/merlin-publishing-projects-for-collaboration-with-other-merlin-users

To set permissions for your team members and give them only "read" access:
http://www.projectwizards.net/en/macpm/merlin/project-access-privileges-in-merlin

Another option would be to simply send your Merlin project and if those Merlin users have no license of their own, they cannot do changes on projects which are having more than 40 activities.

Are your team members windows users, or they don't need to know much about Merlin tabs and menus?
In this case you may publish your project for web access:
http://www.youtube.com/ProjectWizards#p/search/2/XFmOqlyxn9M

Also here you can set the permissions, please find a related movie on youtube showing how to protect and access the file over the web browser:

Do you really need a live connection to the project? Otherwise you may export as html to place the content of the created folder on a place on your webspace. This html is interactive but read only of course.

Please note that you require in addition to the main Merlin license the "Merlin Web Sharing license" when wanting to publish your project for web access or need to export in html.

Best regards, Vicky

My team has no need to access a live version of the projects I work on, so I export everything as PDF and that's what I share w/ the group.
