Dear Merlin Lotus Flat Owners,

Please note that, effective from April 2026, the revised monthly maintenance charges are as follows:

  1. Type A – 1217 sq. ft. @ Rs. 3/- per sq. ft. = Rs. 3,651/-
  2. Type B & C – 1115 sq. ft. @ Rs. 3/- per sq. ft. = Rs. 3,345/-

Kindly take note of the above and make the payment accordingly .
