Dear Merlin Lotus flat-owners,

Our bank account for MLAOA is non-operational due to some technical issues, we are working closely with the Bank to restore it back to the earliest possible.

We would like to request the owners to send the maintenance and corpus amount during this phase by cash to Mr. Baidhik Maiti/ Mr. Sujit Ghose until further communication.
