[Merlin Lotus] Delinquency of Maintenance

Dear Residents,

We would like to put into your notice that a few of our residents are irregular in terms of maintenance payment.

They are keeping maintenance due even more than TWO months. The reason is unknown for such delinquency and we need to understand in written through email what is stopping them to clear very mere maintenance amount timely.

Also, we would like to mention that total maintenance due has increased to about 30000/- which is stopping us from bearing the monthly common expenses. Having said that, we want clearance of full maintenance no later than 09th May, 2025 without fail.

We don't prefer calling out the DEFAULTERS list, rather sharing the whole maintenance details with you for your kind reference.
