We have recently reviewed the annual expenses of our society in comparison to the maintenance charges currently being collected. Upon detailed evaluation, we have identified a shortfall of approximately
₹1.09 per square foot.
The total yearly expenditure amounts to around
₹10.30 lakh for a total area of
27,840 sq. ft., which translates to an actual cost of approximately
₹3.09 per sq. ft. At present, maintenance is being collected at
₹2 per sq. ft., resulting in the deficit.
In view of the above, the Managing Committee proposes to revise the maintenance charges to
₹3 per sq. ft., with effect from
April 2026. The revised monthly maintenance will be as follows:

1115 sq. ft. flats: ₹3,345 (earlier ₹2,230)

1250 sq. ft. flats: ₹3,750 (earlier ₹2,500)
Members are requested to share their
queries or concerns in writing via email.In case no response is received on or before 31st January, the proposal will be considered accepted, and the revised maintenance charges will be implemented accordingly.
