Dear All,

We scenerially appreciate the residents who have already cleared both the corpus installments so far.

We also understand that we are all serious about the tensile strength of our home Merlin Lotus, but ideally the statistics which we pulled out (attached underneath) say some different story.

Requesting all the residents who are yet send the second installment and a few who are yet to send the first installment to clear both the installment of corpus amount of 15000+12000 total of 27000/- latest by 15th February, alongwith the due maintenance.

We would like to highlight here that we are unable to start the painting work until the full corpus fund is received. 

Also please note if we are still ignoring the building health it would worsen with upcoming summer showers and Kalboisakhi.

We have taken and assessed quotes from multiple vendors, and based on the same we are projecting a budget of around 6.5 lakhs to paint the building exterior, the grills & gates and the boundary walls.

To raise this fund, we request all flat-owners to pay 27,000/- per unit in two (2) installments of 15,000/- and 12,000/- in January and February 2025 respectively, the final due dates / deadlines being:

1. 10-Jan-2025 (15,000/- per unit), and

2. 10-Feb-2025 (12,000/- per unit).

Requesting all the flat-owners to pay their respective amounts ASAP (no later than the due dates) so we may start with the work early February and finish by the end of the same month.

Dear All,

We communicated the importance of repainting the building asap but unfortunately we are yet to receive any corpus fund from a couple of residents, alongwith second installment from a few.

Please treat this as a high priority reminder and a request for clearance of both the corpus installments (15000+12000=27000/- per flat) ASAP and no later than revised due date by 05th March, 2025.

Kindly ignore if already transferred both the corpus installments.

Dear All,

A gentle reminder that today we have planned for closing the corpus fund accumulation , we have received from almost all of us except from a couple of flat owner's. Hope we will receive from them by today EOD.

Additionally we would like to inform that kindly complete all exterior work on/before 18th March. We are putting this since after repainting it doesn't look nice to have scar again on the building.

Dear All,

Despite of overdue of FULL amount of corpus(27000/-) from 1 flat owner + 2nd installment (12000/-) from 1 flat owner, we are happy to inform that we have engaged a vendor for painting and paint is commencing on 15th April, 2025.

Having said that, we request to: 

1. Clear the Corpus amount latest by 25th April, 2025, since we already had to pay advance to indulge the vendor and next payment date for the vendor is 30th of this month.

2. Complete any work that will involve external wall patches latest by 14th April.

3. Once after commencement of painting no such work is welcomed. In case of extreme necessity please don't proceed until been inform to the MLAOA Working Committee.
