Unauthorized Use of My Allotted Parking Space

Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to bring to your notice a recurring issue regarding my allotted parking slot.

Over the past several weekends, I have noticed that a vehicle not belonging to me has been parked in my designated slot without my prior permission or intimation. This has caused me considerable inconvenience.

Please note that this parking space is allotted for my exclusive use. If any resident or visitor needs to use my slot due to unavoidable circumstances, my explicit consent must be obtained in advance.

With effect from today, 18 April 2026, my parking space will only be available either on a monthly rental basis with prior agreement, or at a charge of ₹300 per 24 hours.

I request the committee’s support in ensuring that all residents respect each other’s allotted parking spaces and that this notice is circulated for everyone’s awareness.

Note: Anyone currently using or who has used my slot without permission is requested to pay ₹300 per day via GPay to this mobile number: *9830740817*
