[Merlin Lotus] Urgent Ad-hoc Corpus 6k needed for Tank cleaning and Gate Replacement

Dear All,

We heartily appreciate for your kind cooperation in making the painting work commence well ahead of Monsoon.

While painting process is in progress we got sudden information that:

1. Main gate health is so bad that it is beyond repair and may collapse anytime causing major accidents to any residents, to avoid we have to replace it immediately

2. Tank and pipe is full of rust causing tap water beyond use and making individual flat owners water appliances failure.

Since we are very tight on budget, we need ad-hoc corpus of 6000/- only, per flat for making this emergency action, latest by 30th May 2025.

We would like to appreciate those residents who have already shared the ad-hoc corpus of 6000/- and request the others for clearing the ad-hoc 6000/- only per flat by 16/06/2025.

We already involved vendor for cleaning and pipe washing which will involve water outage from 20th June till 24th June in a below pattern.

Dear All,

Accomodating all our neighbours request we finalized the date of 22nd June as starting date, the operation is expected to end on 26th June. Sorry to inform no further deviation could be accommodated.

Unfortunate enough, that half of our neighbours are yet to share their ad-hoc 6000/- needed for this operation. We are looking ahead for the clearance no later than 17th June so as the process of tank cleaning and pipe washing goes smoothly. Thanks for understanding and expecting your kind cooperation in this matter.

Please be informed that tank cleaning operation is complete and now we are good to use tap water. 

Kindly dispose off half litre of water through the lowest height normal tap before using flash/other appliances.

In addition to this kindly stay prepared for the pipe cleaning operation from tomorrow, specifically to those residents who will be affected as per the schedule.

Dear Association Admin,

We have already made the payment towards this Rs 12000 Corpus. Since I am out of Kolkata, kindly ask the service providers to co-ordinate with Mr. Jaykumar to clean our apartment's fixtures - pipes and taps. I have handed over a set of my apartment keys to Mr. Jaykumar, which can be used during the cleaning sessions.

Dear Association Admin,

This is a gentle reminder on our request mentioned in the trail mail. The requested cleaning of our bathroom taps and fixtures has not yet been done.

Moreover, since the acid-cleaning of the building pipelines have been done, there is no water flow in our bathroom taps. Kindly facilitate the checking and rectifying of these, as it is causing a lot of inconvenience to us.

Dear Residents,

Despite several reminders over email and phone, the ₹6,000/- ad-hoc corpus per flat is still pending from 5 residents, leading to a total shortfall of ₹30,000/-.

As you are aware, we have already completed essential works such as tank cleaning and gate installation for the benefit of all residents. However, the outstanding contributions are delaying full settlement of these expenses.

We kindly urge the concerned residents to clear their pending corpus contribution on or before 1st September so that the community finances remain balanced and future initiatives are not impacted.
