Location API - filters and historical data?

Morning all,

is it possible to add filters and request historical data through the locations endpoint?

I'm working on an OSINT pipeline to identify vessels in Sentinel 1 SAR images of the Gulf of Finland. As the Sentinel 1 data usually is available some time after it was acquired, I'd need to get the vessel location data at the time of the Satellite acquisition and it would save traffic and processing time if the server could filter the response by bounding box.

Something like
