What a great site, does just what I needed and was super helpful today. I'm the secretary of the board of directors for my kids' small private school here in Northern California and we are looking to revise our bylaws. Yes, that is as exciting as it sounds. Having your site available to help see the changes between one set of bylaws was a great help.
