It's down for me as well:

502 Bad Gateway
nginx/1.0.10

Also, http://dev.merengueproject.com doesn't work either - it looks pretty bad, since that is linked from the top of the main homepage =(.

BTW, it is not dev.merengueproject.com but dev.merengueproject.org.

Aha, yeah, the demo was up for a bit =), then it seemed to go down again - I got the 502 Bad Gatweay error again just now.

If you don't mind me asking, is it an issue with the hosting? Who is the site hosted with currently?

I'm sure there's quite a few Django hosts out there that'd be willing to host the Merengue demo instance for free - https://www.ep.io/ and https://gondor.io/ come to mind, and Heroku supports Python now as well (http://blog.heroku.com/archives/2011/9/28/python_and_django/).

I'm happy to help reach out and contact them, and try to get something setup, if you need an extra set of hands.
