The 3.3-cubic-yard DL250-7 articulating wheel loader offers exceptional lift heights and generous bucket capacities to help you power through the heaviest loads. A standard Z-bar lift arm delivers excellent breakout force for digging in tough materials. Add the high-lift option for maximum dumping height. Ideal for heavy lifting in loading construction and ag applications, it offers rapid bucket movement and proper angle positioning for precision performance. The standard Load Isolation System improves stability while moving to reduce material loss.

Choose the optional quick coupler to quickly change non-hydraulic attachments.

Heavy-duty ZF axles lift large bucket loads, a reinforced box frame provides rigidity for improved structural life, and large self-centering, double-tapered roller bearings distribute loads over a larger area. Wider radiator fin spacing and a standard reversible fan clear dirt, dust and other large debris to reduce clogging. Brakes are located on the outboard hub to help extend the lifetime of the brake discs while offering simple maintenance access.

The DL250-7 offers convenient component access, centralized lubrication points and accessible fluid-level checks. Dust seals and covers are vented to prevent grease overfill. The rear full fender option includes a new lock-and-release handle that maximizes fender retention in the closed position and makes maintenance easier.

MY DEVELON fleet management is standard for monitoring and managing machine maintenance. Monitor fleet status, machine location, operating hours, fuel usage, error codes, engine and hydraulic oil temperature and various other data points from the user-friendly mobile app or website.

Fuel-saving features are included with the DL250-7, including automatic transmission modes that shift gears to maximize efficiency and standard auto-idle and auto-shutdown features.

Situation Awareness Technology (SAT) helps save fuel by automatically adjusting the engine output in real time to the needs of the drivetrain and hydraulics.

To comply with Tier 4 emissions standards, the DL250-7 incorporates a high-pressure common-rail (HPCR) fuel delivery system as well as cooled exhaust gas recirculation (CEGR), combined with a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and selective catalyst reduction (SCR) with diesel exhaust fluid (DEF).
