C++ windows desktop application automation using UFT

Hello,

I have got a chance to automate one application which is developed using C++ and windows desktop application.

when i did poc using UFT, few applications recognizing as Winobject(entire window) ,its not identifying as standard objects.

Is there any better approach to do automation of Desktop windows application which is developed on C++?

is there any alternative best tool to handle these kind of application?

i can appreciate, if you can assist me to get into best place.

Environment:

Win 7, Windows thick client developed on C++,UFT(suggest any other tool)

AUTO IT?? its a selenium Plug right ???? how u can suggest AUTO iT..have u every used AUTO IT+UFT?

Try to add all the available add-ins and check for objects identification.

If it was still showing winobject ,try adding add-in individually and let me know still you face any issues.
