HP QC 11 Services not started:

Hi Friends,

Can you please provide the solution to start the HP ALM Application Services on Windows XP OS. I have installed HP QC ALM 11 started edition on Windows XP Service 3.

 

In windows services, HP ALM application services is not started after installing and when i tried to restart the services manually the services are not started.

 

Can any one please provide the solution.

Hi Mason,

 

Thank you for the response , after installing the HP QC ALM 11 , when i tried to browse the QC got server not found message. When I checked the HP ALM application services in Windows - found that the service status shows blank instead of started. I tried to start the services but application didn't respond.

Did you install a JBOSS instance, if so, try running the run.bat file located in the jboss\bin directory of your installation.
