Problem with Frame object identification

All, 

UFT not able to identifying a frame object. i am trying to identify a frame object(say First name web edit in a frame) with the help of object spy but sometime it identify properly and sometimes it identify as a page object. so when i try to run my scripts it fails again and again.please refer screen shot. is there any patch file that i have to install or anything that can solve my problem please let me know.

Hello Mishra,

Do some basic check:-

1) Uncheck all unnecessary Addins

2) Go to Object identification and set the ENV as Standard Window.

3) Open OR and try to add object directly insead of using spy.

Thanks for your reply.i did the 1st two settings in UFT but result is same. as i am not using OR i am using descriptive programming in my scripts. can you please suggest any other solution for it. this problem is only exist for frame object only.

were u able to solve it?

if you have latest UFT version 12.53 then enable the UI Automation addon, it will work.
