IE Error on Close

to QTP - HP Quick Test Professional - Automated Software Testing
I'm getting an IE error message box when my test closes an IE browser
or if I look at the script using Quality Center. I'm running on
windows 7 service pack 1, using QC 10, QTP 11. Using the 32 bit
version of IE 8, same results with the 64. I have install the patches
QTP patches for 64 bit and IE as well as the connectivity. Curious if
anyone has seen this and what you did you correct it. I've seen
something similar pointing to active x, but do not want to disable it
