It is my last comment on thread. 99% of chance, that you have conflict
between QTP version and IE version. The latest version of QTP is 10.
Which IE supports QTP 9.2, you can find by yourself. You may write
hundred times "help, help", if you are not providing required
information, no one would be able to help you.
