Hi All,

Starting about 2 to 3 weeks ago, we started to see “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage” errors. The screen of MG is collection of frames and some of these frames are showing this error randomly. If you refresh the screen or click a different button, the error will go away. In the attached screen shot, this is displaying a load. If you click the load button, the load will display correctly.

The second screen shot you can see where the graphic for the level that you are at did not display (highlighted in red box).

Has anyone else seen an issue like this?

Thanks,

Matt

I haven’t had any trouble with this using FireFox, so it may be an IE specific issue.  If you are able, you might want to test it out using another browser to see if you can isolate the problem.

Yes, I agree about using Firefox; much more reliable that IE. I started using it when I experiences problems with runtime Java on IE 7 and have never looked back.

We are getting this issue with both IE and FF.

It seems like either you are temporarily losing internet connectivity (perhaps on a wireless connection?) or the server may not be responding.  You might want to document the dates and times for a couple of these and get MG to check their logs to see if there was some kind of spike in server calls at the time.

That is what I thought as some of the frames of MG would be populated but other would get this error message.
