IIS 7 and SSL (isapi method)

So I followed the instructions to get this working here:

and they work like a charm.

 

The real problem is when doing anything through SSL, I have a valid wildcard certificate that I use for several subdomains of my website and this was going to be one of them. The complete problem is described in the following stackoverflow question which is “resolved”   by going to a previous version. I’m using the latest stable build with Win Server 2008 R2 and everything works without using SSL.
