Need a hand

I am a BA working on a simple project for a small retail company. I need to find someone that can help write 3 small programs with API calls to untappd, workwave and Detrack. The developer will need to know RESTFul, XML, Python, Shell or PHP.

Is there a marketplace where I can connect to freelance developers with this experience?
