Is there a way to derive the information in the inventory log report from the API

I'm trying to recreate a general ledger. While I can get all the sales information from the Sale API endpoint, I can't seem to find a way to tack down inventory changes due to manual change or check-in from Purchase Order. All three are in the Inventory Change Logs report, but I'd like to get those numbers via the API, even if it has to be constructed from data from multiple API endpoints. Any suggestions?
