Cannot get the refresh token call to work

I am trying to refresh the access token making use of the refresh token. I can get it to work via postman or even the curl example provided in the documentation. Trying to do the same via the attached ruby code, constantly fails with "The grant type was not specified in the request". Is there something I am missing or doing wrong. Any pointers are greatly appreciated.
