Looking to buy or trade for a 48-50cm road frame or complete bike

Hi everyone- 

I am looking for a low-cost road bike frame and fork in the size range of ~48-50cm to set someone up on an indoor trainer (and eventual on-the-road use). I'd also consider a complete bike in the same size range.  I already have an older (~2000) 52cm Specialized Allez (aluminum, Shimano 105, STI,1" steering tube) that is several sizes too large for the rider. With a smaller frame I would move all the components over from the 52.  In this case I'd have the frame leftover for trade if you're interested, otherwise I'd just pay cash.  If you have a complete bike, I'm also open to trade (or trade + cash) this 52cm Allez frame or complete bike towards a smaller size. 

The price range I'm looking for is <$150 for a frame set or <$400 for a complete bike.  My Specialized Allez is in very good condition but worth no more than these dollar amounts due it's age.

I also have other bike stuff, in sizes more like 57-58, if you're interested in trade for the above.
