Currently the MerbGlobal ActiveRecord support base on the
composite_primary_keys (http://compositekeys.rubyforge.org/). However
the version 0.9.92 is not AR 2.1 ready (1.0 will be).

If anybody needs the AR 2.1 (s)he should try the separate branch of cpk
(http://github.com/drnic/composite_primary_keys/). I hope version 1.0
will appear soon.
