Version 0.0.7 of merb_global "In the frozen land of Nador they were
forced to eat Robin's minstrels" has been released. The name referes to
dropped plans of CLDR support. It anyone wants to maintain it - please
feel welcome.

On the other hand there started to be a JRuby support for number
formatting. Futher integration will follow soon.
