0.0.5 is nearly ready

The 0.0.5 release is nearly ready - some API handles (not internals -
just API). May be more providers should be added.

What is really need is up-to-date and uf documentation and updated
specification. I'll try to do what I can - however I will not be able to
spend as much time as I want.

Yes, I agree. I think its worth stepping back a little and writing up
what has been done so far. I unfortunately don't have any time to do
this until next week - after the 15th, I should be able to really
dedicate some time to merb_global
