Authorization

Hey everyone, I was hoping some of you might be interested in a very
simple authorization plugin. I've written one and was hoping to get
some feedback on what people think. You can find it here:

I know there was another by hassox on github, but he didn't seem to
think it was any good, does anyone know of other authz plugins out
there?
