Merb Book gets its own TextMate Bundle

I quickly put together a TM bundle for people working on the book and
using Text Mate or E.

I highly recommend anyone using TextMate to put this to use. The
snippets in this bundle are especially useful for staying compliant
with the Guidelines (for example, the ruby<TAB> snippet).

The bundle doesn't do anything magic you can't do manually ;)
