This isn't really the place for this question, but here are some resources for you.

Since you already have rails installed and working, it would probably be easiest for you to just install merb from gem. That's pretty much platform independent as long as you have rubygems installed.
Once you have merb installed, this should help you get started: http://wiki.merbivore.com/howto/gettingstarted/firstapp
Also, the merb group is located here: http://groups.google.com/group/merb
It's a very good support resource, should you have any further questions.
