Java Javascript communication

Hi actually i`m using merapi for commuication between flex and java.
Java app starts via java webstart technologie...
My further plans are creating a html panel with integrated jquery
(java script) for integration in third party websites, to access from
there direct the running java app. My question is about the java-
script merapi port. How is the status of this port.
