MeqTrees (and related software) on Ubuntu 14.04 (trusty)

Hi All,

 I just finished compiling all packages for Ubuntu 14.04, including mt-imager. I've made a special 'trusty' branch for papino based on Ubuntu 14.04. Just do a checkout of the trusty branch and run docker or vagrant.

Although 14.04 is not released yet, it is already usable and I don't expect any great changes or breaks. If you want to can experiment with docker/vagrant and let me know if everything works!

Just wondering if the fact that there is no executable "meqbrowser" is done on purpose?
