Universal, affordable education & healthcare

The following are the possible solutions for universalizing healthcare and education,  in addition to increased Public (Govt.) spending on Education & Health.

1. Not only funding by corporates as suggested by Sudhakar, but proper action plan with KPIs to utilize the funds purposefully.

2. Proper delivery systems and checks and balances against leakage. 

3. Effective grievance redressing mechanism.

4. Effective oversight mechanism incl.community.

5. Devolution of powers as per 73rd and 74th Constitional Amendment Act to empower Local Bodies so they are really in charge of the education and health sectors. 

6. Responsibility and accountability at every level for expd. and outcomes.

7. Medical Education must be affordable to commoners  so service attitude is retained in doctors. 

8. A strong pressure on Govts from common people and NGOs for accessible & affordable  education n healthcare for all. 

9. A strong R&D framework is needed for sustainable outcomes.

10. CSR is a moral and ethical responsibility as corporates enjoy so many sops from Govts n the shareholders also must be made aware of this.🙏 ❤
