Enjoyment to Ecstacy

A little patience please

Normally we speak of Enjoyment, Happiness, Fulfillment Ecstasy etc.

What is enjoyment?

 Is it only  food, drinks, family, friends, games, entertainment, photos, videos, selfies, functions?

Are there any higher levels?

Happiness

Certain level of contentment thro' enjoyment, helping, circumstance, situation, success, win etc.

Fulfillment

It's at a much higher level of happiness with contentment out of doing what we really love, believe, cherish, enjoy thro' genuine, unselfish love, friendship, empathy, compassionate help and service to our fellow beings of all species, at all times.

Ecstasy

It's ephemeral, the ultimate, beyond body and mind, like the experience  saints like Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Ramana Maharshi. It's identity with the Omnipresent. 

The effort may be to go step by step on the ladder from enjoyment to ecstasy. 🙏 ❤
