Snaptu isn't a Web browser: it works more like the iPhone's app system, in the sense that it displays icons you can press that link up to Web services. The services range from TFL's Tube status to weather updates and you can add or remove the apps you need very easily. Snaptu isn't a new idea, but it looks great and works really well, in part because all the hard work is done by the Snaptu servers rather than your phone.
Recently Snaptu added Twitter to its apps library -- there's also a Facebook app that gives you access to your inbox and allows you to reply to messages. Rather than go on about how good Snaptu is though, we suggest you try it out by visiting the Snaptu download page, or using your phone's Web browser and going to m.snaptu.com, where you will automatically be prompted to download it to your phone.
De hecho, he encontrado reseas que especficamente lo recomiendan por Facebook mvil y no por Twitter.
Y RSS Mvil importando Google Reader.
En mi caso, lo recomendara a periodistas incluso como cliente mvil RSS para el control personalizado de las noticias en la palma de la mano.
Snaptu me convenci definitivamente cuando vi que puede integrar Google Reader e importar sus "feeds". Muy til.
Adems un artculo de Tendencias Digitales confirm estos hallazgos, pero ah no se acaba el cuento.
Otra razn para su enganche est en la adaptacin que tiene con Blackberry y en general con otros telfonos celulares. Segn la propia pgina oficial de Snaptu: Motorola y Sony Ericksson (y le ayudan a configurar la aplicacin).
El nico inconveniente que le he visto es la falta de integracin de Twitter a servicios de publicacin de fotos como MobyPicture o el clsico Tweetpic, aunque Snaptu es compatible con Flickr.
