Also - if you visited the NICU, please jot down details of meeting and NICU situation (patient to nurse ratio, number of people performing resuscitation, general condition, ventilator/oxygen analyzer availability, etc etc) before we forget! We'll need a summary for each specific hospital.
 
Also, let's have a 30-40 min meeting closer to 6pm, before the beach trip? We wanted to brief everyone on the transportation situation, Pune and Dervan tips, and maybe a 10 min individual team meeting to jot down and compile notes for presentations (which we should start preparing soon by the way).
