Job Description:
Act as a Product developer and:
• Turn Fluids and Thermal requirements into specifications
• Plan and execute the specified developments, based on the IL AMESim development standards (consistency with existing developments, Library style guide …),
• Test, validate and deliver on-time and according to Gates/Milestones/Sprint and QC phases.
• Contribute to the creation of valorization documents for the developments mentioned above.
• Share his knowledge with other team developers.
• Be creative and contribute to the improvement of the product offer in view of deployment purposes (ease-of-use improvements, maintenance reduction proposal)
• Report work status to hierarchy in Lyon on regular basis.
Desired Profile:
• Good knowledge in C programing of physical/mathematical equations (fluids/thermal/energy…),
• Fluids Mechanics and Thermal Background
• Physics representation oriented, industrial application-minded
• Knowledge on system simulation tools (AMESim, Simulink, others)
Desirable Skills considered a Plus
• Background in numerics.
Specific personal competencies
• Working well in an international context
• Motivated by technical challenges and keen to learn new technologies
• Result oriented and committed
• Good communicator and team player, open minded
• The working language is English: good oral and writing skills are required
Experience : 4 to 5 years of previous experience in System Simulation of thermal-fluids applications, in development of physical components/ models and in management
Education : UG – BE/B Tech – Mechanical Engineering
PG – ME/MTech – Mechanical Engineering or PhD in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
Location:Chennai
