With a chat channel connected to your conversations inbox, visitors can begin a conversation with your team right from your website. Members of your team can chat with customers in real-time or set up a bot to send pre-set responses and gather information.
To respond to incoming messages sent from your Facebook Business Page, connect a Facebook Messenger account as a channel in your conversations inbox. When you connect Facebook Messenger, a default chatflow will be created and enabled in your account. This is the primary chatflow used on your Facebook Messenger page. You can access this default chatflow by editing your Facebook Messenger channel or in the chatflows tool. You can also create custom Facebook Messenger chatflows.
Hi everyone... Since the 3rd of this month all messages from facebook messenger are no longer coming through... I have disconnected and removed the facebook business integration then re added the integration and tried reconnecting... it allows me to choose the facebook page and says connted but then the hubspot page as per attachment says not connected and cannot find any page!
I'm still having this issue when logging into my later.com account, I'm unable to connect my Instagram social profile. I tried to remove it, but haven't been able to reconnect and continue to get this error...

As many of us are having this issue, and this instruction clearly is not fixing it, it would be nice to have further instruction, another option for moving forward, or someone we can talk to over the phone. I also have been unable to connect to Instagram and cannot pay for this product unless it works. You customer service team needs to fix this issue, otherwise consumers will continue to leave and share this bas experience with others.

Like all the above users I am unable to connect a social set to Instagram. My future activity is on and Later is connected to my profile for other customers. There has to be an easier way to resolve this issue with every customer account I try to add.
