I just wanted to follow up from yesterday's discussion with some questions that we raised based on Rav Avi's talk and that I've still been thinking about:

1) Do we really need more leaders, and what does it mean to be a leader?

2) Who should we be serving?

3) What are the limits of openness?

4) Why be Orthodox?

5) How do we love the Jewish people when there are many reasons not to?

In addition to your thoughts on these questions, feel free to add a question that I forgot about or that came up for you after our session.

And just a reminder that next Tuesday we will be hearing from Rabbi Nati Helfgot on the topic of Biblical Criticism.
