Hi everyone,
I hope that you are staying warm and indoors this evening as the snow falls on this already vulnerable city.
As usual, I wanted to pose a few questions that I hope encapsulate our discussion from last night. (Thanks to Zach for being our nachshon and jumping in first!)
1) What is spirituality?
2) How can/should we teach spirituality?
3) How important should spirituality be in the life of an Orthodox Jew?
4) Which paths for pursuing spirituality are acceptable? Recommended? (ex. hanging out in ruins)
5) How much is spirituality in tension with halacha, and how do we relate to situations in which they are?
Thanks once again for bringing your full selves to these discussions. I'm already looking forward to next Tuesday!
