Benjamin Onyancha's Condition

Dear Menyenya  friends,

Yesterday, The Nairobi Chapter Secretary Benja was shot and injured by thugs at his Elder bro's Mpesa shop that he runs in Lungalunga. He survived to testify the goodness of our loving God. We visited him at KNH as soon as we heard with Lamech, Susan and others and thanked God he speared his life. The meeting attendees also visited him later. Who knows how he is fairing after the minor surgery to remove the bullet lodged in his jaw?

Reflection: 

Psalm 23:1-4 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.  He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters.  He restores my soul.  He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.  Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

He came that we may have life, which the devil wants to take away. May He give it in abundance.

Our Lord God is always our protector. No matter how the devil wants to weaken our relationship with God, we will always be Victors in the race.

It is  really touching testimony that after we have talked with the secretary on preparing the program to be used in the meeting by the Nairobi Chapter, he went off-- only to realize later in the meeting that he was attacked.

God's hand was with him. He saved our brother.

Yesterday I managed to follow up how our brother Benjamin is fairing on, and I spoke to his brother Dennis  through phone.

 He is recovering and he is doing good. Keep praying for him and the family.

My God is so great.Everyday am greatful to God and am invoking his great promises.I still have a swelling and little pains but with time will be ok.the Longe of the bullet was between mandibles.More miraculous,God directed it not to touch the jaws or teeth.Help me i praising him and am hopefl to attend the funday in kisii.Great is His faithfulness.Will be updating you,again to God be the glory
