the "auto deck selection" option, if activated, makes it so that you don't need to tab out of HS to manually change the deck that's selected in the tracker when you swap decks ingame, i.e. you select your Hunter deck and play hunter, then you decide to play your Mage deck. If you selected "Auto Deck Selection", HSDT will automatically detect that your deck has changed and select the correct deck from your deck database. If you do not select the "Auto Deck Selection", you need to change it manually between games when you change decks.

Doubleclicking a card adds/removes it to/from the deck. (Protip: a faster way of adding cards to your deck (in my opinion) is typing the name to the point where there is only 1 card left and pressing enter (twice for 2), ctrl-A and repeat)
