At Parchment, our mission is to turn credentials into opportunities. Parchment helps learners, academic institutions, and employers request, verify, and receive transcripts, diplomas, and other credentials through a comprehensive platform.
Students have many pathways. Schools need to support them no matter where they are going. Parchment makes it simple. From one platform, administrators can securely send and receive student credentials like transcripts, transfer records, and college application documents in a few clicks.
Issue, verify, and receive digital credentials, such as transcripts, digital badges, and certifications with the most trusted credential management platform in the world. With Parchment Digitary, learners have a single place where they can instantly access and share all of their digital academic documents.
Forsyth County Schools was looking for an online product that enabled them to connect with their student information system and allow multiple schools to assist with the processing of transcripts. Parchment was the answer they were looking for.
The University of Texas at Arlington wanted to move inbound transcript and document processing online. Parchment significantly decreased document processing time, which led to faster application processing and a better student and applicant experience.
Transcripts are required for all Transcript Review applications. Only transcripts are applicable to this application, no other experience is accepted. You may upload your transcripts directly to your application checklist.
The Expand Instructional Level worksheet is only for those looking to increase the grade levels of an existing endorsement for which they are currently licensed. For a new endorsement, please see the full list of transcript review worksheets at the bottom of this page.
To better serve our customers, guidance for requesting Air University (AU) and Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) transcripts has been consolidated under the Air University Registrar's Office. Please go here to request transcripts
If your program requires you to submit official transcripts, follow the steps below. If your program requires you to submit unofficial transcripts or no transcripts, see Colleges Attended for more information.
If your school requires that you use a service other than Parchment or National Student Clearinghouse, you should ask that service to mail the transcripts instead of sending them electronically. Since you cannot include the Transcript ID Form, you should include your full NursingCAS ID number when entering the NursingCAS mailing address.
When using any of these services, select NursingCAS as the recipient. If you can't select NursingCAS and instead are asked for an email address, your transcript must be sent by mail. Do not send your transcript to the NursingCAS customer service email.
If your transcript has not posted within five business days, first contact your school to confirm that they sent your transcript. Additionally, the following scenarios can cause delayed application posting/processing and should be avoided whenever possible:
If your school closed, you must confirm that your academic records can still be obtained. Review your school's website to learn if another school holds their academic records or contact the state licensing agency where your school was located to learn whether the state made arrangements to store the school's academic records. If your transcript is available, you must have it sent to NursingCAS. If your transcript is no longer available, contact customer service.
As per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974, we cannot release official transcripts received by NursingCAS to any third-party, including the applicant. Additionally, you cannot access official transcripts in the NursingCAS application or full application PDF.
Our office is here to support you in getting your transcripts evaluated and applied to your Program of Study so that you are graduate and transfer in the most efficient way we can. Please keep in mind that each evaluation may vary in length and research time. Therefore, the time to complete an evaluation can vary drastically. TES continually receives large number of requests and evaluations often take many months to complete. If you have questions regarding your coursework while an evaluation is pending, we highly suggest meeting with your academic counselor first.
TES does not issue transcripts or diplomas. Students can use WebSMART to request unofficial and official transcripts of their coursework from Cañada College, College of San Mateo and/or Skyline College. Regarding diplomas, please refer to your Admissions & Records office for more information.
Allow up to 6 weeks for transcripts to be loaded to your file. If you already sent in your transcript via Parchment or mail, it is recommended that you do not send multiple emails asking if it was received. We receive a large amount of transcripts daily and it may not be loaded immediately. Note all non-graduating/transfering students have a minimum of 6 months before a completed evaluation. Contact your academic counselor for more questions regarding coursework.
1) Whenever possible, you must upload scanned copies of official transcripts to the online application. Please note that these must be official transcripts printed on university letterhead. Print-outs from online student portals are not acceptable.
2) After you submit your application and received your 10 digit USC ID number, you must also mail in official transcripts from all colleges, universities, and other post-secondary institutions you have previously attended. NOTE: If you are an applicant to a Viterbi School of Engineering program, please click here for specific transcript guidelines.
Please instruct the vendor to email the transcript to etr...@usc.edu . Do not send any other materials or correspondence to this email address yourself. Electronic transcripts e-mailed to any other address will not be downloaded, resulting in a delay of your file review and an extra expense to you because the transcript will need to be re-sent.
After you register for the Credential Assembly Service (CAS), you must have a separate transcript sent to LSAC directly from each undergraduate and graduate institution you attended in the United States, its territories/associated states, or Canada.
An international transcript is required if you were directly enrolled at such an institution(s) outside the US, its territories, or Canada, and the total amount of work you completed at the institution(s) combined is the equivalent to one year or more of study in the US, its territories, or Canada. If your study abroad is less than one year of study and is not a clear sponsorship by a domestic school, then the transcript is not required by LSAC to be submitted.
This is important: Not all schools participate in sending transcripts via Electronic Transfer even though they may use one of the services listed above. (For example, some schools using these services will only deliver a paper copy or an electronic PDF version of your transcript.) If your school does not participate in delivery via Electronic Transfer, you must request that your official transcript be mailed to LSAC. If your institution has an established account with LSAC, official transcripts may be uploaded to LSAC via the registrar portal of the LSAC website. To avoid processing delays, all mailed transcripts should be sent to:
LSAC
662 Penn Street
Transcripts issued on behalf of your institution through any other service will not be accepted electronically. You must request that the service mail the official transcript along with LSAC's Transcript Request Form.
Candidates must have official transcripts sent to LSAC for any additional academic work completed, including degrees obtained, to update the file. If your CAS Report has already been sent to requesting law schools, an updated report will be transmitted, provided their terms are still active. To have an updated transcript sent to LSAC, please follow the instructions above to order your transcripts.
If you attended an institution and are unable to obtain transcripts from that institution due to a financial obligation, you must indicate this when registering for CAS. If the institution is the only undergraduate institution you attended, or if you have attended multiple undergraduate institutions and have outstanding financial obligations with all of them, LSAC cannot produce your CAS Reports.
Paper copy: Please go to the Transcripts page of your online account. A Transcript Request Form link will be listed below each institution. You may click these links to access your forms. Submit the form to the registrar and request a copy of the transcript be mailed to the address listed on the upper left-hand corner of the form.
You must have your institutions attended send LSAC official institution-issued or attested true copies of your permanent academic record (e.g., transcripts, report cards, examination statements, marks sheets, diplomas) showing subjects or courses studied per each academic term/year with final examination results/grades/marks issued. Please visit the Document Requirements (Listed by Country) page of our website for specific requirements for each country.
