I do not have a link, but I found System Development Corporation in one of the Sage files. If you do a lookup for "Gowan Educational and Psychological Measurement-1965-Coleman-943-4" - it should bring it up 

It does not give any info really, it was a book review from a Harold Borko, who worked for System Development Corporation. 

Interesting to see a tie to the MGM program (along with the previous tie to Don Bushnell and SDC).

From its inception ARPA significantly funded many US university research labs, and as early as 1968 had a close relationship with Carnegie-Mellon UniversityHarvard UniversityMITStanford UniversityUCBUCLAUCSBUniversity of Illinois, and the University of Utah, as well as leading industry labs including Bolt Beranek and NewmanComputer Corporation of AmericaRandSRI, and Systems Development Corporation. Most of these labs were connected to the ARPANET soon after it was created in order to enable cross-fertilization of research activity.
