Dear AMIA MHI-WG folk,
In these unsettled and unsettling times, it's more important than ever to stick with constructive habits. To wit, and in full consonance with all social distancing measures: The AMIA Mental Health Informatics Working Group will meet on Thursday, April 9th, at 12:00pm EDT.
We have another exciting guest speaker lined up for Thursday: Satra Ghosh is a researcher at the McGovern Institute at MIT where he uses neuroimaging, speech communication, and machine learning to improve assessments and treatments for mental health. Stara will present on "Challenging the Invisibility of Mental Illness."
We will also have a brief presentation from Helena Ledmyr from the International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility (INCF.org) who will give us a brief overview of the organization's work (which, as you can gather, is highly relevant to this working group).
