May Meeting Rescheduled

[SCS Mens Club]

Gents,

Due to the conflict with Cool Zoo Night, the board has looked at the availability of the gym, crawfish, manpower, cooking equipment, etc. and we are moving the May Meeting to Friday, May 24th.  The doors will open at 6:30 PM and the meeting will start at 7:15 PM.  This will be a short meeting followed by elections and then crawfish!!  

While we understand that having the meeting on a Friday night is unusual, there were a lot of elements to balance between availability and schedule conflicts to pull everything together.  We do still very much hope that you can join us and make the best of a difficult situation.

Moving forward, we hope to continue to push for better communication throughout the Parish so as to minimize the amount of scheduling conflicts we have experienced lately.
