Estoy aprendiendo que estar en pruebas no necesariamente significa que estés haciendo algo en contra de la voluntad de Dios. Las pruebas vienen para fortalecer nuestro carácter y nuestra fé. Pero debemos centrarnos en hacer la voluntad de Dios, no debemos centrarnos en la prueba. La manera de verificar que estás haciendo las cosas de acuerdo a la voluntad de Dios, es valorar si sigues ese propósito que Dios te ha dado en la vida.  /   I'm learning that being tested doesn't necessarily mean you're doing something against God's will. Trials come to strengthen our character and our faith. But we should focus on doing God's will, not on the trial itself. The way to verify that you're doing things according to God's will is to evaluate whether you're following the purpose God has given you in life.

No hay que sentirse mal por atravesar pruebas. Sé que no es fácil estar contento con la vida si no hay pan para traer a la mesa de tu hijo. Pero hay que hacer las cosas a la manera de Dios. El ha prometido recompensar nuestros esfuerzos (Galatas 6:9), y aun cuando es verdad que muchos buenos hijos de Dios hicieron la voluntad del Padre, pero no recibieron aquello tan anhelado en esta vida (Hebreos 11), también es cierto que las pruebas nos fortalecen y forjan nuestro carácter. Si todo fuera sencillo, qué valor tendría ser vencedores luego de superar las pruebas?   /   There's no need to feel bad about going through trials. I know it's not easy to be content with life if there's no food to put on your child's table. But we must do things God's way. He has promised to reward our efforts (Galatians 6:9), and while it's true that many good children of God did the Father's will but didn't receive what they so longed for in this life (Hebrews 11), it's also true that trials strengthen us and forge our character. If everything were easy, what value would there be in being victorious after overcoming trials?

Pruebas siempre van a haber, como empleado o como Emprendedor. La diferencia está en que siendo Emprendedores estamos más empoderados de cada situación que se nos presenta. Y estamos construyendo nuestros sueños. No solo buscando resultados a corto plazo, sino construyendo a mediano y largo plazo. Debemos ser Emprendedores Estratégicos y no Buscadores de Oportunidades.  /   There will always be trials, whether you're an employee or an entrepreneur. The difference is that as entrepreneurs, we're more empowered to handle every situation that comes our way. And we're building our dreams. Not just seeking short-term results, but building for the medium and long term. We must be strategic entrepreneurs, not opportunity seekers.

«De este modo se empobrecía Israel en gran manera por causa de Madián. Y los hijos de Israel clamaron a Dios». Jueces 6: 6 Siempre he pensado que toda situacion tiene una causa, que toda accion tiene consecuencias. Sin embargo Dios me muestra que todas mis acciones no sirven para lograr los deseos de mi corazon. Todo lo que yo pueda hacer no garantizara los resultados que deseo para mi vida y la de los demás. El riesgo y la incertidumbre son el pan de cada dia de un Emprendedor. Y en esos momentos de gran incertidumbre debemos clamar a Dios, buscando su dirección, su guía. Invocando Su Gracia y Su Misericordia.   /   “So Israel became very poor because of Midian. And the Israelites cried out to God.” Judges 6:6. I have always believed that every situation has a cause, that every action has consequences. However, God shows me that all my actions are insufficient to achieve the desires of my heart. Nothing I do will guarantee the results I desire for my life and the lives of others. Risk and uncertainty are the daily bread of an entrepreneur. And in those moments of great uncertainty, we must cry out to God, seeking His direction, His guidance, invoking His grace and His mercy.
