My brothers this is the web site for the day of fasting and prayer to be held at the reliant center in houston. talked to paul and we are planning to have a prayer service that evening at our church, about 430 or 5pm to end the day. couple of different fast in the bible as you know. last wed Harry spoke about jehoshaphat calling for a day and everyone brought their wives and kids with them to seek Gods guidance, 2 Chron 20:3-  come on and invite your friends and neighbors, 
 
Several different fast, Daniel 10 was fruits and vegetables, complete is water only, and Daniel did one for 21 days. You might check them out and decide which of the first two you might want to try. Regardless of whether you fast or not hope to see you at the prayer meeting.
