Instead of trying to destroy all your anger, use prayer to snip away each annoyance that feeds your anger. In so doing you will weaken it to such a point that, before long, you will have control over it.

David, I find that prayer is really the only way to control anger and disappointment. I wish I was always good at remembering that, but on those occasions that I do, the outcome is far better. Through prayer we are able to surrender it to God and He has control over it... God bless... mike
