This is the first international stay that I am absolutely satisfied with. The staff is extremely cooperative and friendly! Free water bottles. There's a pool where you can relax. Can keep your luggage at their place safely even after checkout till you go around the place and come back and collect before your go to the Airport! This as per my experience is rare. And if I come back to Singapore I will stay here again. We actually walked from Hotel to marina Bay. This V Hotel Bencoolen is right above the Bencoolen MRT 1 min walk. Some people say that rooms are small but guys for this price and the fact that you'll be out whole day in Singapore this deal is really great!
V Hotel Bencoolen v bencoolen is situated right beside the bencoolen mrt. it's very close to 2 other mrt stations. the location made traveling very convenient for us.the rooms are a bit small but we were aware about it already. the room was very clean and so was the entire V Hotel Bencoolen. the swimming pool had a big space as well. the V Hotel Bencoolen staff was very cordial and helpful. the check in and check out process was very smooth and everything happened without any hassle. we are greatful to the team to make our stay so pleasant.
Triple room was smaller than expected. It was difficult to move in room considering luggage storage. Room amenities were good. They provided soap, shampoo, toothpaste etc. Shower was good. Tv was working but only 10 channels were working. Internet worked on tv for 1st two days but then slowed down. Half litre water was provided per head. We learn t that tap water is also safe to drink. Mini fridge, kettle and safe were available. Check in check out were fast and smooth. Staff is cordial and helpful.
Staff are gentle kind to help breakfast offered is good, room is not as big as shown not much space if you are looking for long stay. I stayed for 14 days and it was not ideal for such duration. Short stay for few days for 2 people is apt. Have a metro station below the V Hotel Bencoolen which connects blue line and nearby metros at walk-able distance.
The staff were neither friendly nor rude. Seemed a bit expensive for the room space provided. Its location is the main advantage with everything located at proximity to the V Hotel Bencoolen. Museums restaurants galleries, etc are located very close to the V Hotel Bencoolen and the Singapore skyline was also visible from the V Hotel Bencoolen.
Comfortable stay as the location of Hotel is just next to MRT Bencoolen with lots of eateries all Around. Staff was helpful and the travel desk provided us good rates for the Sentosa and night safari tours. Although the rooms are small, very well maintained and linen too was very clean. Overall a good stay for 4-5 days.
We stayed for 5 nights. The check in and check out process was super quick and easy. We arrived 3 hours before and they allowed early check in. Breakfast was good, location was excellent. The only drawback was that you could hear noise from other rooms. Otherwise, overall we liked the stay. Decent rooms within budget.
Location is great just above Bencoolen MRT. Excellent locality. Excellent breakfast ( buffet), Best for roaming around even during night. Close to China market. But rooms are small with few facilities. From outside it is 4star but room interiors and facilities are like 2 star V Hotel Bencoolen.
We stayed for a week. We'll connected (adjacent to be cooler metro Station and bus stop), nearby markets like little India, Chinatown, bugis, Orchard Road etc. Almost centrally located, hence travel to Singapore sites is very easy. Courteous staff. Though basic small rooms. Overall good.
The rooms were small and there was almost no space left once you move your baggage.. Location is perfect as it was near to bras basah MRT and bugis junction/street for local markets as well as for shopping.
Hotel is good and the price is great as well but the rooms are very small. If you are claustrophobic don't choose. Hotel location is perfect with bencoolean MRT just next to it.
Small room with hardly any space to move around.
